Terms

• You must be 18 or older to use Xirevoa.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts created to collect extra free XPoints may be closed.

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to it. Never upload photos of children.
• Don't upload nude or sexual images, or anything illegal, hateful or meant to harass, impersonate or deceive someone.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create the images you ask for, as described in our privacy page.
• We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Try-ons and haircuts are generated by AI. They are a good preview of how something could look on you, not a photograph of the real item. Fit, size, colour and texture may differ in person, and size suggestions are estimates. Always check the seller's size guide before you buy.

• XPoints are prepaid credits for generating images on Xirevoa. Prices are shown in rupees.
• They have no cash value and can't be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.
• If a generation fails, the XPoints for it are returned to you automatically. Repeating a try-on you've already made is free.
• Purchased XPoints are non-refundable once bought, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you in error. If something looks wrong, email us and we will put it right.

Anything you post to the feed can be seen by anyone, and anyone holding a shared link can open that image. You can remove either at any time. We may remove feed posts that break these terms.

• You may only install the button on websites you own or manage, and only for products you have the right to show.
• Free try-ons are for evaluating the service. Paid plans, prices and allowances are agreed with you separately.
• Your shoppers' photos and results stay private to them. You receive usage statistics, not their images.
• We may pause the button on a site that misuses it or breaks these terms.

Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around limits or payments, or use it to build a competing product.

We work hard to keep Xirevoa running well, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
